As for strategy games: Great Little War Game (not sure) and 1942 Pacific Front (phone too slow to try it) may be a good start.

You can force people to use Wi-fi but I'm sure that there's an xposed module, that spoofs the app to think you're on Wi-fi even you're not.

By forced WiFi I meant playing over one WiFi network.
And my statement was about multiplayer games in general.

Can't wait for fruits of your attempts in that field :)

Ooooh! Waking Mars is pretty rad. Have you played Kerbal Space Program?

Don't worry! Just play the "Science Mode" -- You only start with four rocket parts, and you unlock more parts gradually by doing science! I'd definitely recommend the tutorials though.

KSP is one of my most-played games of all time. Steam says I have 270-odd hours into it, though I also play it a lot off of Steam. So maybe... DOUBLE IT?

Yeah, KSP is the shit. I also went through a serious (though not AS serious) KSP phase, and have dumped more time into it than most of my other games (exceptions being Terraria, Fallout 3, and Fallout: New Vegas).

And while it's already super fun to BUILD ROCKETS AND SEND THEM TO SPACE, you also end up inadvertently learning how orbital mechanics/physics works. BONUS! Unfortunately, that knowledge will cause you to be aware of and thus annoyed at even more of the bullshit sci-fi premises that writers and film-makers make us deal with.
