Steamy Poop?

Need to get something off of (or onto) your chest? Set it free!
What's the poop on some Steam games that have low requirements that are good?

Last week I set up an unused Acer Aspire to get ready for Crashlands and to test it I installed Steam an downloaded Don't Starve. Since Wednesday I've played 12 hours of Don't Starve and I'd like to try something else. Any recommendations?

Binding of Isaac (http://store.steampowered.com/app/113200/) is always fun and doesn't require a high-end machine. Just... don't jump into the "Rebirth" DLC straight away. Get used to the base game, because I've heard nothing but the hardcore-ness of Rebirth, and it's been suggested more than once to avoid it til you've got the hang of BoI.

If you like building games Prison Architect (http://store.steampowered.com/app/233450/) comes highly recommented and is on my faves list, though Banished (http://store.steampowered.com/app/242920/) is much better and should be able to run on low end machines. You'll have to double-check. Banished is actually one of those games I go kinda nuts over, considering it was made by ONE guy over the course of 2 years, and it's pretty much his first game from what I've heard.

Uh, something else on my uber-favourites list is Beat Hazard (http://store.steampowered.com/app/49600/) which is powered by your own music. You can look up any song you have on your drive and it'll take note of the beat and the tempo to randomize the game play. This always puts me in a great mood. And don't be put off by the uber-graphic stills. You can tone them down without losing gameplay-ability.

If you have $5 you could grab "You must build a boat" which I believe the game that the boys mentioned in their last podcast? Watched a NorthernLion's First Look on that, and it seems pretty awesome despite (or because of?) it's "primitive" look.

You also have a lot of "old" games, depending on how old your computer is :)
If your computer is really old, just go buy stuff at GoG.com X)

I downloaded Banished and stuck Roller Coaster Tycoon in my wishlist. I miss that game!
