Yeah, if you have the space & lifestyle for a desktop, go that route. You can even order the parts and build your own! It's actually not very difficult.

Will it be an problem if I use different brands of components to build my own computer. And how will it be with installing windows ?!

No problem between brands but be careful about processor and motherboard compatibility, RAM compatibility too :)
And windows, get a version (buy or use your actual one). Installation is pretty straightforward ;)
