On 2 why not all kind of pet instead?

I don't understand the final part of 4. It gets rid of a attacking pet for a torch? Flux automatically brings the equiped torched when it's night, sure if you attack or harvest it turns dark for a second but it is still bright enough to clearly see what's happening. I wouldn't exchage my butt kicking pet for a huge torch, It would be better if your pet is not disable and you can have a huge torch at once, I don't see that as OP.

That could work, A giant bright floating crystal that summons the ancient spirits of Woanopians to blast foes to oblivion with huge elemetal spheres of death.

Edit: @HalcyonMist My bad I read it wrong, So the crystal becomes a floating torch that follows you around like a pet. When I first read it I thought it makes your pet hover and becomes the torch itself. I'm sorry.

It's fine Aeternus,
Although I do totally agree with you on that part. Having my Vomma, Gallum, or Gulanti( the 3 I use rotate right now) replaced with a torch would suck.
What I meant was that instead of having the torch having to be held as you run, it could just hover around you so that when you fight it is still pretty well lit. ThIs is kind of a minor thing but I'd help keep an overall awareness up especially in insane mode.

Switching the topic again,
I wanted to bring up the topic of action sets, armor sets, armor trinkets and wait for it, pet trinkets.

These are the things I'd like to develop out once the creator patch comes through.
What I mean by action sets is that say I want to go fishing (first I'd build a fishing haven at a specific location) I'd like to be able to press a fishing icon and have all the fishing trinkets equipped instantly. In order to set it up though , there would have to be a section where you could designate something as part of a fishing set and then be able to make changes to it later on. Say I don't want to fish but rather farm I would instead click a farm or resource gathering icon and whoosh the efficiency engine, cleavebat, wealthy statuette and perhaps the optimized game pad would be equipped. I was thinking of incorparating this into a little wheel in a corner of the screen that had a tuck in tuck out arrow so as to hide or make it visible as needed. I'd call it the action menu or something like that. Lastly at least for this action thing would be the ability to create new actions icons. For example a combat action set although that could go into a different tab or something. Right now these are just ideas, for necessary I'll polish them some more.

Now as for combat action sets, here's what I was thinking, anyone notice how the armor crafting outputs from workstations give different traits even amidst the same grade armor?
Well I spent a couple days harvesting lonsdaleite, gollams, and gullantis and built up an armor set that has all move speed for each piece. Well one of my goals later on was to craft ( the station trait output is random) / be able to specify at a higher resource cost of course what traits I'd want my armor to have. That way I could have a vampiric speed set Lv 35 set with move speed across the board, vampire chance across the board, toughness across the board and lastly hp regent across the board. Imagine that! A way they could introduce that to the game would be if they set up a quest in which an ancient smith master awakens and after beating him you can go to him with( say with an armor piece crafted from one of the workstations and then pay him to change the traits. This way players could build up a variety of armor sets designed to either take down bosses, fit their fight/ flight style, or and this was later down the road clear sole creature race dungeons. Say they need to go clear a slurb dungeon someone created that has smash plants alongside a long corridor plus some other traps, say players want to clear that dungeon, say one victory per dungeon per day to avoid overuse, all They have to do after preparing is click their slurb armor set that they paid this ancient smith master to craft that doesn't fully neutrality but partially through resists and chances allow them to more effectively combat the slurbs. Now with that level of organization I wouldn't mind if the bosses were super hard. So long as Players could craft their armor sets with stat limits of course or corresponding difficulty in relation to stats, then resource collection would gain a new role in the game, as in not just a means to survive but to thrive. Plus perhaps they can have places on the map where all three environments meet and corresponding quests that have creatures from multiple environments attack .

Darn. Meant to talk about a few things and then I ended up getting s lot more ideas to write about as I wrote. Well if anyone is interested , I'll discuss pet trinkets(I know some already exist) and armor trinkets on a later post. Ciao for now.
P.S.
I don't know if the creator patch will allow any of this stuff but I figured that in the meantime it be interesting to discuss at least some of the possibilities.

I think you should be able to view your pet's stats by tapping its icon, so you don't have to spend that precious battery life figuring which one is better. :bloated: :wompit: :egg:

:highfive:

Where is that icon please?

I have one in the upper left corner, where are my own stats - but i cannot select it. Trying just moves my character in that direction.

That's because there isn't one! This thread is of things player's want in the game. None of them are actually in the game.

I was thinking, perhaps make a multiplayer mode for PVP? Also, an app for the forums website, if there is not one already?
