Not that I'm aware of. If you haven't heard of it, then it's not out yet ;)
And before it's out for everyone, there will be some beta-testing too.

Assuming you mean the Crashlands (Quest) Creator... otherwise is there a BSID upgrade I don't know about yet?

Well I am going to completely rebuild BscotchID so that it will be infinitely easier to expand and update, but I'm pretty sure they're talking about the Crashlands Creator ;)
