The links above to the applications don't work anymore- it says "The file you're looking for has been moved or deleted." The links on the website still work tho. Why?

I know this thread is old and I'm sorry for reviving it, I also realize I'm probably way too late, but are there anymore alpha testing slots open or has this project been scrapped?
