Trouble accessing save

Hello,

Been playing consistently on my phone and PC. Then all of sudden when I try to access the save it says trouble accessing the file. The file still works on the phone. I've also tried reinstalling the game and clearing the cache.

Have you tried putting the save from your phone back in local saves and then again in cloud saves? (or force-syncing the cloud save)
