Can't sync with cloud

I just started a new save but an error shows up when i try to sync with cloud.It seems like it's the internet at first but i tried lots of times.

Something like that happened to me some weeks ago. It must be something server side, stopped after some hours.

If you can get to id.bscotch.net in your browser, then the service is up and running.

It works with my cloud saves,but i can't move my local save to cloud.

You mean you already have cloudsaves that do sync, but can't move any new saves to the cloud? There is a limit of 3 cloud slots, so if those are already full you won't be able to put additional saves up there.

I know the limit,but my saves in cloud are 2,so it's not full.

Huh. That's a new one. That should be submitted at http://contact.bscotch.net so we can figure it out. Include the exact error message that appears when you try to move the save into your cloudsaves on the Saves menu.
