[Advice] Ramarl's Smithy - Door opening

I was playing the story quests in crash lands, and I got to the part where you go to Ramarl's Smithy. After some searching I couldn't find it, so I looked in the quest log to see if that would help. When I looked in the quest log, it says the quest is finished but I never went to Ramarl's Smithy. I eventually found the smithy, but the doors won't open. The quest said something about her being solitary and you having to build a windmill thing. I had already built it so I tried placing it in different places by her but nothing worked. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a fix or something I'm doing wrong? Thanks.

Probably not a glitch since a good amount of people already did that quest.

Did you try going back to Ramerl's?

You just need to give Ramerl the windmill, not place it. And the Smithy doesn't have any doors... have a screenshot to post?
