Having trouble registering your account, logging in, or syncing your Perks/Stats/Progress? It is highly unlikely that you are experiencing a new problem, so the solution is probably already out there!

More complicated or rare problems are mostly addressed in the BscotchID subforum here.

Finally, if you have search those previous sources and are 100% confident that you've found a new problem, or that your problem requires a developer's help (e.g. to change your username), use our Contact form. In that case, make sure you provide all relevant information, and describe the problem as thoroughly and carefully as possible. Note that we won't respond at all if your question has already been addressed in the places listed above!
